Requirments:
A website is good to have since it helps the club become more popular, but it's not required.
An email is required since i need to email members and the such, if you don't have an email just go to Hotmail and get one for free!

Well first off you are probally wondering what the heck T.O.K.K.E.L. stands for...well wonder no more...
"The Order of Kenshin's and Kaoru's Eternal Love"
It's that simple...it took me a LONG time to come up with that title...I had drafted up about ten different names but I liked that one the most.
So once I'm in the club what am I supposed to do?
Good question (note I will be putting up a FAQ section soon, I just wanted to get this off the ground first)
Well I'm going to have some contests some of which I might offer a prize, you can submit all sorts of K+K stuff (fanarts, fanfics, fanmangas, pictures anything you like) and you'll be able to access the password protected members area...
This club is just starting to get off the ground so members will have to bare with me.
The Join Form explained
In the form you're asked Name, Email, Homepage Title, Homepage URL, Age, Title, Job, and why you think K+K should be together
This will help you understand what these feilds require
Also check The Members List to clarify
Name-it can be your real name or your handle. Ie my name is Kate but my Handle is Shadowess
Email-straight forward, your email adress
Homepage Title-if you have a homepage, type in the title, if you don't have one get one from Tripod or leave it blank
Homepage URL-enter you homepage address
Age-Just tell me your age so I have an idea on the age group I should be catering to
Birthday-so I can wish you a happy b-day =) ie. Feb. 18, 1982
Title-basically a title, mine is President and The Goddess of Love. You could be Watcher of Kenshin and Kaoru or Keeper of Kenshin's heart etc...check if your title is TAKEN
Job-check below for the description of the jobs :
Graphics Editor:
if you can edit graphics for this club like banners, or badges or any images related to this club then be a graphics editor
Recuiter:
if you are a friendly person and you like to email people to join this club then your perfect 4 the recuiter job!
Checker:
if you like to check member's pages to see if they have the html fragment up, then be my checker
Submitter:
most members will be submitters, it basically means you send me your fanfics, fanart, ideas, links etc...all members should be submitters
